What you can ask
The 37-second film is six real questions, each answered in the app: find business operations manager jobs in New York that are still open, check how old a posting really is, look up the employer's H-1B approvals (past filings, not a promise), open Tailor on that job with the gaps it asks for, fill the application and stop before Submit, and say what Shifu did today. Each answer arrives as a card you approve.
Searching Discover is on the free plan. The rest is part of Pro, and a free account can try all of it for 7 days.
What the 44-second film shows
A product designer asks Shifu for roles in plain words. Shifu searches JobShifu's index of employer career sites, where a closed or stale posting drops out, and ranks what is left against the designer's Vault: the resume and work history they have already confirmed.
When a job wants something the Vault does not show, Shifu asks rather than writing it in. Here it asks about healthcare experience, the designer confirms it, and only then does the line reach the resume. Last, Shifu fills the application form, 9 of 11 fields from the profile, and stops with Submit left for the designer to press. It fills Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Workable, Rippling and SmartRecruiters forms this way.
Each step is covered in more detail on the AI job search agent page, and the resume rule behind it is on how it works.
